I visited this place after trying a couple other frozen yogurt places. This had the best flavors of frozen yogurt - good tasting and unique. There's almost an overwhelming amount of toppings that you can pick from. Definitely seems to veer to kids choice of toppings rather than adults, because they have popular candies that would never normally go on ice cream and bright colored sugar things (don't remember what they were). Hidden among all the crazy toppings are all the "normal" ones as well, so generally speaking, I'd recommend this place. They do have diet notes available too. For example, if you are gluten free, they have a list of ice creams that contain wheat, which is helpful.

One star for the nice cashier on a Thursday night. I mixed a few flavors to equal about 9 oz. of yogurt- no other toppings. Cost at 48c/oz = $4.79. The 'yogurt' was ok. I don't like the price because it's not good value for a frozen dessert. I don't like the un-fun self-serve format that reminds me of old country buffet or dairy queen soft serve. I don't like the silly, childish décor. I guess I just don't like cherry berry. It strikes me as a cynical low food and labor cost franchise concept and it's not remotely healthy in any way, shape or form. Maybe they aim for a different clientele. Sorry for negativity.

Lets start with the good. Tons of flavors and options to choose from. Lots of different toppings from across the board, sprinkles to chocolate bars and fruits. The yogurt selection itself is extensive and some are very tasty, while some are total misses (not just because I don't like them, but they just taste terrible for what flavor they're trying to be). Where this place heads downhill, and very fast without control is how clean the place is NOT. Every single table is sticky to the touch, covered in sprinkles and most have standing melted yogurt just sitting there. The condiment area to get your sprinkles, fruits, and everything else is reminiscent of a tornado wake zone. And the employees are about as unhelpful as it gets. Most are teens who dip into the freezers just to text someone so they're not in view (at least they're courteous to do that) of the guests. But, I'd really hate to bother them with their job in cleaning, just a bit. Bring yourself a wet nap, get a bowl, and hop outside to the shared patio areas to eat it, you'll enjoy things far more.

If you've tried other froyo places than you know this place is just not as good. Larger topping offerings than others and decor make it two stars but yogurt is not creamy and smooth enough for me, too bland and reminds me of soft serve you can get at a chinese buffet, that is the texture you get. Disappointing I would recommend going over to Tutti Frutti or the new Menchie's not too far down the road from here. Other favorite is Yogurt Lab in Downtown Minneapolis or near Calhoun beach.

We love Cherry Berry. We visited the Maple Grove Cherry Berry last weekend and were disgusted by its uncleanliness. We were the first customers in the door when it opened at 11:00 am. Our table was filthy from day old frozen yogurt smears. The bathroom toilet was unflushed from the night before. Instead of trying to tidy up the place, the lone employee was in the back room on his phone. Disappointing. :(

This was my first time at a BYO yogurt bar and I was impressed. It was a 100+ degree day and frozen yogurt was exactly what I needed. I walked in and a young teen boy with Justin Beiber hair greeted me with the details on how you pay per ounce and offered me tasting cups. There were 12-15 flavors offered that day and it's so hard to decide! I tried 4 different flavors before deciding to mix dark chocolate with white chocolate chunk, with a small squirt of cinnamon bun. All the flavors looked yummy, but its an art to figure how to mix and add toppings for the best concoction! My only complaint would be with the toppings bar. My reeces pieces were chopped so much that it was more like powder than pieces. All the other candies appeared that way as well. Why would you chop up candy that already is so tiny?! Also found the bright neon furniture, wall tile and funky round chairs made me smile!

Took my family to Cherry Berry for the first time, we usually visit Freeziac. The yogurt flavors are fantastic and yummy and love that there are some low-fat options. My kids loved the toppings and its great that they offer up sample cups to try flavors. Just wish they offered some bottled water, if they did, I did not see that. Staff was ok, could have been friendlier but I gave 4 stars for the yogurt and topping options and nice, clean store.

So-so yogurt joint. The flavors aren't that great and the quality of their yogurt is mediocre. I prefer Tutti-Frutti, Freeziac or the Yogurt Lab.

Great addition to the strip mall across the street from lifetime fitness. Over 10 flavors of frozen yogurt and dozens of toppings. I like Freeziac as well but only a couple flavors to choose from. Much more choice at Cheery Berry. Awesome!

We had a hankering for some fro-yo after eating at the nearby Mongo Grill so we walked over to Cherry Berry. I love the idea of having a variety of soft serve and a variety of toppings and this did not disappoint. They have a wall of soft serve dispensers in a bunch of differing flavors. You fill your bowl with one or several and then head to the toppings bar where there is everything from fruit and sauces to crushed candy bars and nuts. It's mix and match to the max. You pay by weight. They could have seating set up better to avoid those getting their frozen treats, but other than that, it's a fun place.
